Leads outside plant telecommunications engineering for fiber and copper infrastructure, including design, field validation, route planning, permitting, pole attachment and joint-use coordination, construction readiness, QA/QC, and project closeout. Creates work prints, splicing diagrams, bills of materials, and engineering records while resolving field and documentation discrepancies. Coordinates with utilities, permitting agencies, construction teams, project managers, and client stakeholders, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers.

Lead outside plant engineering for Frontier telecommunications infrastructure, including aerial, underground, fiber, and copper networks. Develop construction-ready designs, work prints, splicing diagrams, bills of materials, and permit documentation. Conduct field validation, route planning, pole attachment and joint-use coordination, QA/QC reviews, and work-order management. Maintain accurate records in Varasset, FROGS, and Infinium while coordinating with construction teams, permitting agencies, project managers, and Frontier stakeholders.

Designs, implements, administers, and optimizes enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus, and branch environments. Leads routing, switching, security, wireless, SDWAN, cloud networking, segmentation, load balancing, and automation initiatives. Performs advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, capacity planning, documentation, and lifecycle management while coordinating infrastructure projects with stakeholders and vendors. Provides technical mentorship and supports high availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
