Leads Pearce’s Wind Major Component Exchange division, overseeing strategy, teams, safety, quality, P&L, budgets, forecasting, operational metrics, compliance, risk mitigation, and customer and OEM relationships. The role develops market opportunities, drives standardized reporting and performance reviews, and ensures profitable growth across large-scale wind maintenance and repair projects.

Coordinates Wireline administrative operations by preparing estimates, managing work orders, conducting quality-control checks, approving timesheets, processing billing true-ups, and supporting timely invoicing. Communicates with customers, project managers, field leaders, and internal departments. Monitors dashboards and reporting to prioritize deadlines. Requires billing or administrative experience, Excel proficiency, general technical skills, accurate data entry, and strong communication.

Manages procurement, vendor quotes, purchase orders, inventory, warehouse activities, shipments, and work-order records for generator parts and materials. Coordinates rental generator and load bank logistics, tracks equipment availability and movement, supports commercial proposals, and communicates order status with vendors, technicians, operations, sales, and customers. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, competitive sourcing, inventory control, timely fulfillment, and compliance with OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
