Design and support outside plant (OSP) telecom infrastructure including fiber and copper networks. Prepare engineering plans, perform field measurements and inspections, manage permits and budgets, conduct quality control, and coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective deployment of FTTH, DSL, Metro-E, SONET and other network solutions.

Manage OSP engineering for road moves and highway widening projects including field surveys, impact assessments, design and relocation plans for fiber/copper, permitting coordination, cost estimates, construction support, and documentation (as-builts, CAD, GIS) while ensuring compliance with RUS, NESC, and company standards.

Lead end-to-end OSP engineering for complex fiber and copper aerial and underground builds, from routing and permitting through construction release and closeout. Produce sealed plans, splicing diagrams, loss budgets, BOMs and work prints; perform field surveys and NESC compliance checks; obtain permits and ROW; manage budgets, QA/QC, site inspections, and KPIs; maintain records and dashboards; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
