Oversee operations across branches in Amarillo, Lubbock, and Odessa, including profitability, sales, service margins, cost controls, staffing, technician retention, work-in-process reduction, employee development, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Establish branch objectives, monitor performance, manage budgets, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership, training, and operational direction across dealership locations.

Sells new and used JCB heavy construction equipment, service, and parts across Northern Utah. Develops prospects, conducts cold calls, manages customer relationships, meets sales goals, maintains activity in Salesforce, coordinates with service and parts teams, and provides status updates. This outside sales role requires daily territory travel and at least 75% direct customer engagement.
