The Content Marketing Manager creates and curates photography, video, written content, Reels, emails, campaigns, and editorial materials. They own content calendars and public-facing channels, manage community engagement, monitor digital and campaign performance, identify market opportunities, and recommend improvements. The role collaborates with Creative, Sales, Culinary, and external specialists while coordinating production handoffs and ensuring accurate, purposeful marketing assets across websites, email, social, search, marketplaces, and other channels.

Coordinates creative and marketing production by organizing digital assets, updating approved collateral, preparing and scheduling content, maintaining project and vendor records, coordinating purchasing and printing, tracking inventory, and verifying deliverables. The role supports website, social, email, listing, and platform updates, maintains departmental systems, documents completion, and escalates blockers while executing established creative direction without independently redefining brand or design decisions.
