Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting venue tours and consultations, preparing proposals and contracts, converting leads, addressing objections, maximizing event revenue, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing, culinary, event coordination, and operations teams. The role also develops referral relationships, monitors market trends, supports promotional events, and meets sales and revenue goals.
