Jobs at Peace Village

Provides individualized nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting. Administers medications, assesses health conditions and vital signs, responds to emergencies, documents incidents, monitors reactions to treatments, communicates resident needs, explains procedures, and supports resident comfort and safety. Requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and three years of related healthcare experience.

Leads and supervises nursing staff, develops and adjusts patient care plans, coordinates interdisciplinary care, ensures regulatory compliance, manages schedules and resources, supports patients and families, trains staff, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
