Sell PDQ's Deploy, Inventory, and Connect products to SMB customers through end-to-end pre-sales: discovery, targeted demos, partner with Sales Engineering, manage pipeline in Salesforce, close deals, and support customers through their first year while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for a SaaS device-management platform using React and Django. Debug production issues, reproduce customer bugs, collaborate with Support/Product/Engineering, troubleshoot, implement fixes, and stay current with development best practices.

Design and deliver intuitive, high-fidelity web SaaS experiences. Conduct user research and interviews, create wireframes, prototypes, and visuals, iterate with stakeholders, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.

Lead PDQ's marketing organization and strategy to drive product-led growth and mid-market expansion. Own positioning, messaging, AI storytelling, metrics like CAC payback and marketing-driven ARR, team leadership, cross-functional alignment with product and sales, and execution of demand-generation and PLG funnel initiatives to translate product momentum into revenue.

Build and lead PDQ's partner revenue function: recruit and manage partner managers, expand reseller network, architect channel program (tiers, incentives, enablement), drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and align cross-functionally while reporting channel performance to senior leadership.

Lead UX for PDQ's SaaS web products. Collaborate with product and engineering to gather requirements, run customer research and interviews, create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, iterate from feedback, and ensure implemented designs match intent within an agile process.
