Lead product marketing for PDQ’s B2B SaaS portfolio by developing go-to-market strategy, positioning, competitive intelligence, customer insights, sales enablement, and analyst relationships. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmaps, improve pipeline growth, and equip teams with effective messaging and tools. The role also pilots AI-powered workflows to improve research, content development, win/loss analysis, and persona refinement.

Leads customer marketing strategy and a customer marketing team across onboarding, engagement, retention, expansion, renewals, and advocacy. Partners with marketing, product, and customer success teams on lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, customer feedback, events, cross-sell programs, and customer stories. Owns performance metrics including retention, NPS, expansion pipeline, and advocacy, using customer and product usage data to optimize programs and report recommendations to leadership.

Leads PDQ’s 30–50-person post-sale organization across customer success, onboarding, renewals, and technical support. Owns gross and net revenue retention, renewal forecasting, customer health metrics, support standards, onboarding improvements, expansion, and the transition into mid-market accounts while preserving self-service experiences. Reports to the President and COO and serves on the executive leadership team.

Manage a shared portfolio of EMEA SaaS customers, driving renewals, product adoption, expansions, and risk intervention. Lead demonstrations, support contract negotiations, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and capture customer feedback. Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams while communicating technical concepts clearly and building strong customer relationships. English and Slovenian proficiency are required, with French or Italian preferred.

Investigate and resolve complex Tier 3 customer and production issues across Windows endpoints, cloud services, APIs, networking, and application data. Reproduce issues, analyze logs and source code, identify root causes, validate fixes, and coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, Support, and Customer Success. Build troubleshooting automation, improve monitoring and observability, and document technical findings and known issues.

Own and grow a state, local, and education sales territory by generating outbound pipeline, winning new customers, expanding existing accounts, and managing opportunities through close. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, procurement coordination, CRM management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires building relationships across public-sector ecosystems and traveling onsite to prospects, customers, and trade shows approximately one to two times per quarter.

Manages accounts receivable, collections, payment application, invoicing, customer account updates, company card administration, procurement operations, vendor onboarding, and accounts payable reconciliation. Processes refunds and write-offs, maintains AR/AP documentation, resolves billing issues, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, IT, and Corporate Accounting. Supports process improvements and strategic team initiatives while maintaining accurate, high-volume financial records across multiple systems.

Own a portfolio of enterprise and high-ARR customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, drive product adoption, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and communicate customer feedback to Product. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Support, demonstrates technical SaaS products, and mentors junior Customer Success Managers while contributing to retention, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.

Develop and maintain Python backend services and pipelines that process device data, identify software vulnerabilities, and deliver reliable remediations. Responsibilities include integrating vulnerability data sources, operating scalable production systems, monitoring deployments, responding to incidents, investigating false positives and negatives, troubleshooting customer-reported issues, and collaborating across Support, Product, and Engineering. The role requires strong debugging, analytical, distributed-systems, database, containerization, and AI-assisted engineering skills.

Lead design, scaling, performance tuning, and reliability of PostgreSQL databases for a high-availability SaaS platform. Troubleshoot production incidents, automate administration, maintain security and observability, and mentor engineering teams on query and schema optimization.

Design and deliver intuitive, high-fidelity web SaaS experiences. Conduct user research and interviews, create wireframes, prototypes, and visuals, iterate with stakeholders, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.
