Own a focused portfolio of enterprise, high-ARR accounts as the primary trusted advisor. Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell, and expansion. Lead go-to-market strategy for PDQ products through customer research, competitive intelligence, product positioning, analyst relations, and sales enablement. Lead PDQ's marketing organization and strategy to drive product-led growth and mid-market expansion. Own positioning, messaging, AI storytelling, metrics like CAC payback and marketing-driven ARR, team leadership, cross-functional alignment with product and sales, and execution of demand-generation and PLG funnel initiatives to translate product momentum into revenue.

Lead UX for PDQ's SaaS web products. Collaborate with product and engineering to gather requirements, run customer research and interviews, create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, iterate from feedback, and ensure implemented designs match intent within an agile process.

Build and lead PDQ's partner revenue function: recruit and manage partner managers, expand reseller network, architect channel program (tiers, incentives, enablement), drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and align cross-functionally while reporting channel performance to senior leadership.

Lead Customer Success operations by owning strategy, systems, reporting, and cross-functional programs. Build dashboards, streamline processes, manage projects end-to-end, liaise with Business Systems and Data, and improve retention and expansion motions.

Manage a pooled book of SaaS accounts to drive renewals, expansion, engagement, and retention; identify risk, recommend cross-product solutions, capture customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

Lead acquisition, demand generation, and customer marketing to drive pipeline and revenue across products. Build cross-functional strategies, manage lead lifecycle, oversee channels (email, paid media, SEO, events), integrate AI/automation, optimize campaigns, manage budget, and mentor the Growth Marketing team to meet pipeline targets.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for PDQ Connect core features through customer research, market analysis, UX collaboration, and engineering delivery. Write PRDs and user stories, manage stakeholders, define product metrics, support launches, and improve product development processes.

Join PDQ's backend team building ISL Online, a high-availability remote desktop solution. Work on performance-sensitive server-side features, read and modify unfamiliar codebases safely, collaborate with distributed teams, and apply strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

Develop and maintain automated tests and test frameworks (E2E, unit, integration, performance), integrate testing into CI/CD, collaborate with engineers and product teams to find and document defects, and improve test infrastructure and processes for PDQ products.

Manage a pooled book of European SaaS customers to drive renewals, product adoption, and expansions; run demos, support contract negotiations, monitor usage and intervene on risk, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

Lead and/or execute new-business acquisition for SMB customers: develop sales strategies, coach and manage a sales team, align with marketing/product, forecast and report on pipeline, and research market trends to identify opportunities.

Design, build, and maintain Elixir and React features for PDQ Connect; ship frequently in CI/CD; troubleshoot incidents and support cases; prototype and influence technical decisions; participate in code reviews and mentor teammates.

Develop and maintain frontend and backend software (React, TypeScript, Python/Django), troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement fixes to improve product reliability.
