Own positioning, messaging, AI storytelling, metrics like CAC payback and marketing-driven ARR, team leadership, cross-functional alignment with product and sales, and execution of demand-generation and PLG funnel initiatives to translate product momentum into revenue.

Lead UX for PDQ's SaaS web products. Collaborate with product and engineering to gather requirements, run customer research and interviews, create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, iterate from feedback, and ensure implemented designs match intent within an agile process.

Manage a pooled book of SaaS accounts to drive renewals, expansion, engagement, and retention; identify risk, recommend cross-product solutions, capture customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

Develop and maintain automated tests and test frameworks (E2E, unit, integration, performance), integrate testing into CI/CD, collaborate with engineers and product teams to find and document defects, and improve test infrastructure and processes for PDQ products.

Manage a pooled book of European SaaS customers to drive renewals, product adoption, and expansions; run demos, support contract negotiations, monitor usage and intervene on risk, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for PDQ Connect core features by doing customer research, defining requirements and metrics, collaborating with UX and engineering, writing PRDs and user stories, managing stakeholders, and improving product processes to deliver customer-facing features.
