Develops and supports internal applications, automations, integrations, and workflow tools for estimating, engineering, production, and sales. Builds solutions with scripting, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365; gathers requirements, prototypes, tests, documents, trains users, and provides post-launch support. Collaborates with technical and operational stakeholders in a manufacturing environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Plans and coordinates manufacturing activities from engineering and purchasing through production and logistics. Creates purchase and production orders, validates ERP data, uploads product information, coordinates vendor deliverables, and resolves issues involving materials, schedules, quality inspections, and cross-functional communication. Requires manufacturing ERP experience, drawing interpretation, knowledge of construction materials and mechanical assembly, strong organization, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Design Engineer develops production-ready retail fixture concepts using SolidWorks and other visual tools, coordinates with sales/project teams, creates detailed CAD drawings, verifies build strategies with production and vendors, maintains document control, and communicates project status while ensuring manufacturability and design-for-assembly across wood, metal, and plastic materials.

Manage outbound shipments and receiving using the company ERP; prepare and inspect packages; select carriers and service levels; enter shipments into FedEx/UPS software; perform cycle counts, run reports, operate forklift, and maintain shipping/receiving records to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Support Project Managers by managing project workflow from intake through completion, maintaining accurate project records in D365, coordinating estimates, proof inspections, communications, and updates, and ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Lead and coordinate assembly and packaging teams to meet production schedules and quality targets. Enforce safety, organize workstations, troubleshoot issues, train and coach staff, maintain equipment, manage schedules, drive continuous improvement, and participate in production as needed while traveling between PD locations.
