Operates and maintains bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, banding, and taping machines. Reviews job orders, programs cutting positions, loads and aligns paper, inspects finished materials, performs adjustments and routine maintenance, records production information, and follows safety procedures. Requires mechanical aptitude, basic math, instruction comprehension, physical lifting, and flexibility to work across multiple locations.

Leads cross-functional design-to-build projects from concept through delivery. Coordinates account, production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams; develops timelines, monitors milestones and budgets, manages risks and change requests, communicates status, and ensures projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations.

Leads assembly and packaging production by coordinating workflows, schedules, safety, staffing, equipment maintenance, quality audits, and productivity targets. Provides direction, training, coaching, and problem-solving support to hourly workers while driving continuous improvement and waste reduction. Participates in daily production as needed and communicates work schedules with building management. Requires flexibility to travel between multiple locations and perform physical tasks while wearing PPE.
