Coordinates projects from intake through completion, supporting Project Managers with estimates, job tickets, workflow updates, records, proof inspections, client approvals, and communication. Maintains accurate project data in D365, identifies changes and problems, facilitates communication among production and client personnel, and helps ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. The role requires organization, multitasking, problem-solving, computer skills, PPE use, and flexibility to travel between PD locations.

Prepares and distributes invoices, processes payments, applies cash receipts, monitors outstanding balances, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains account records, processes credits and refunds, reconciles transactions, and supports month-end reporting and accounts receivable analysis. Collaborates with Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.

Develops and integrates LED lighting systems for custom retail displays, fixtures, shop-in-shop environments, and branded experiences. Responsibilities include component selection, lighting specifications, electrical schematics, prototype testing, troubleshooting, photometric review, thermal and power management, supplier collaboration, manufacturing support, and value engineering. The role requires cross-functional coordination with creative, sourcing, production, project management, clients, and manufacturing partners.
