Manage daily office operations including confidential mail processing, vendor and building coordination, access control and badges, supplies and inventory, event logistics and catering, guest reception, and small special projects. Maintain organized records, ensure a safe, well-stocked workplace, and support a collaborative office environment.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding, plan conversions, offboarding, and ongoing plan maintenance for retirement recordkeeping. Develop implementation strategy, oversee complex conversions, ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA/IRS/DOL/SEC), drive process improvement and automation, manage KPIs/SLAs, and build a high-performing team while partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
