Teams at PCI Municipal Services

Coordinates project implementations, schedules, documentation, communications, and status reporting between city teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders. Assists with project planning, scope definition, risk mitigation, process and policy documentation, and change order management. Provides administrative support while ensuring project records remain accurate and deadlines are met. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, software navigation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, invoices, vendor statements, parking accounts, credit card expenses, financial records, budgets, and payroll reporting. Resolves payroll and invoice discrepancies, maintains accounting systems, reviews schedules, supports employees and guests, and ensures compliance with company policies and Virginia Beach parking ordinances.
