Provides strategic leadership for all HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, and HRIS administration. Advises executive leadership, oversees HR staff and budgets, manages employment-law compliance and healthcare-related personnel requirements, presents workforce metrics, and leads initiatives supporting retention, engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational culture.

Provide patient health care services under the supervision of a physician, performing routine clinical tasks typically done by physicians. Deliver assessments, treatments, and documentation while being academically and clinically trained and accountable for ones own actions to supervising physicians.
