Responsibilities include researching software releases, testing features, storyboarding videos, coordinating content updates, facilitating certification presentations, supporting product training, and creating product-related marketing and sales content. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and occasional travel across the US and Canada.

Provides software support and customer training for the accounting module of dealership management software. Responsibilities include monitoring helpdesk tickets, communicating incident updates, supporting installations and projects, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
