Supports daily product operations by triaging issues, analyzing usage and adoption data, maintaining dashboards, coordinating releases and testing, organizing customer feedback, and translating technical findings into product recommendations. Works closely with product, engineering, support, and dealer success teams while helping manage the product backlog and release communications. This is a fully on-site role in Calgary.

Leads software conversion and implementation projects for automotive dealership clients. Responsibilities include project planning, resource coordination, customer training, data conversion, third-party system integrations, stakeholder communication, progress reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and process documentation. The role serves as the primary client contact and requires travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Provide bilingual English/French technical customer support through email, SMS, and phone. Troubleshoot dealership software issues, document interactions and resolutions in Salesforce, collaborate with support teams, and escalate complex problems. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, CRM experience, and familiarity with dealership operations and automotive tools. This is a fully remote position.
