Teams at PBS Systems

Provides bilingual French and English Tier 1 support to clients through phone, email, and live chat. Documents interactions, resolves or escalates issues, collaborates across departments, supports process improvements, learns PBS software, meets KPIs, and maintains certifications. Requires travel throughout Canada and the United States for one week each month.

Oversee daily office administration, workflows, records, and communication between APS and PBS. Manage accounting support, billing reconciliation, credit notes, accounts receivable and payable activities, and month-end processes. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes. Maintain APS software data, schedules, and reporting accuracy while supporting operational initiatives and process improvements.

Provides Tier 1 bilingual French and English support to clients through phone, email, live chat, and other channels. Documents interactions in a ticketing system, resolves or escalates issues, collaborates across departments, supports process improvements, learns the company’s software, meets KPI targets, and completes certifications. Requires travel throughout the United States and Canada for approximately one week per month.
