Since 1976, PBD Worldwide has been providing worldwide fulfillment and customer support services for business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients that have products ranging from marketing support collateral, CD’s/DVD’s, and books to toys, gifts and consumer products. Today, PBD also adds to its list of core competencies the enablement of eCommerce, multichannel retailing and interactive marketing. Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, PBD operates five warehouse facilities, including one in Hong Kong, that facilitate the shipping of over 4.5 million packages a year. PBD customizes each client solution with services to include inventory management, fulfillment, transportation management, accounting services, call center customer support, intelligence data reporting, and web-based platforms for fulfillment and customer support. PBD is a private company that owns some of the facilities in its global footprint.
