Drive B2B sales for Yaydoo/Paystand LATAM by prospecting, demoing product, closing deals, managing contracts, and coordinating with implementation and success teams. Maintain HubSpot pipeline, build relationships with finance stakeholders, and stay current on market trends to meet sales targets.

Execute and optimize partner initiatives within Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One ecosystems for the Mexican market. Recruit, train, and support partners; maintain relationships and escalations; run HubSpot marketing campaigns and lead management; attend ERP trade shows; monitor KPIs and business reviews; collaborate with sales and marketing; and suggest improvements to increase channel impact.

Lead and coach a 4-6 person AE team across LatAm (initial focus Mexico), carry personal quota, sell Paystand's CFO stack to finance leaders, manage pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, develop commercial materials, drive AI adoption, and close complex enterprise deals through in-person and remote engagement.
