Lead and deliver complex technical programs across payments and platform integrations, establish governance and risk/dependency tracking, influence technical design and compliance, champion Agile and AI-augmented workflows, manage stakeholders across India and Japan, and mentor junior TPMs to improve program delivery.

Own end-to-end product execution for merchant credit and bank integration products. Translate business needs into product roadmaps, PRDs, technical specifications, and scalable platform features. Collaborate with business partners, banks, engineering, UI/UX, credit modeling, risk, analytics, and international teams. Use SQL and product metrics to analyze performance, identify gaps, optimize user experiences, and prioritize initiatives balancing immediate delivery with long-term scalability.

The role involves creating and managing data ingestion pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring data governance and compliance in a rapidly growing fintech environment.
