Leads PayPal’s global corporate accounting and financial reporting organization. Responsibilities include SEC filings, technical accounting policy, quarterly and annual close, external audits, SOX/ICFR controls, ESG reporting, product and credit accounting oversight, consolidations, process automation, and executive, Board, Audit Committee, and Investor Relations support. The role manages global accounting leaders and ensures accurate, timely reporting under US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Drives product strategy, architectural roadmaps, customer experience improvements, research, analytics, profitability, and operational reviews. Partners with cross-functional teams including technology, design, content, data science, and user research to deliver customer-focused products while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, and business goals.

Leads product marketing strategy and commercial success through go-to-market planning, product positioning, messaging, launch execution, market and competitor analysis, customer feedback, campaign prioritization, and performance optimization. Partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, and global teams to increase adoption and market share, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring marketing best practices.
