Lead and transform global post-onboarding client functions by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Lead brand strategy, governance, and creative direction to grow Paymentology's B2B fintech brand. Provide organisation-wide technical leadership as a Staff Software Engineer: shape technical strategy, design scalable distributed systems, set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, improve reliability/observability/CI-CD, and contribute hands-on to critical cloud-native payment systems.

Design, implement, and maintain IaC and cloud infrastructure (AWS) with Terraform; build and optimize CI/CD pipelines; manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and event streaming (Amazon MSK/Apache Kafka); automate operations with scripting (Bash, Python); monitor, troubleshoot, and secure production systems; collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams.

Own and drive the Clearing & Settlement product within an issuer processing platform: define roadmap, translate scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard) into product features, manage clearing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling and controls, write requirements and user stories, and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Client Delivery.

Provide senior in-house legal advice across commercial, regulatory and cross-border matters for a global payments business. Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, support employment law queries, manage external counsel, mentor legal team members, conduct regulatory research, and translate legal risks into pragmatic, business-focused guidance to enable growth.

Lead the Client Config Hub product to streamline onboarding, configuration, and client change. Define roadmap and priorities, align cross-functional stakeholders, drive execution with engineering, and use discovery, data, and AI to reduce manual coordination and scale operations. Surface risks, define requirements, and ensure outcomes-oriented delivery for a complex, regulated payments platform.

Identify and engage fintech, retail banking, and digital banking prospects via personalised outreach. Qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for Sales, manage pipeline in HubSpot, support industry events, report on outreach performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive growth.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close for assigned markets; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements; manage VAT/GST and corporate tax compliance; support audits; handle intercompany and transfer pricing processes; partner with finance functions to improve processes and drive automation.
