Provides coaching, manages complex people matters across jurisdictions, uses workforce insights to guide decisions, and develops scalable people practices in a growing, distributed technology organization.

Lead the design and improvement of employee experience, engagement, performance, progression, and retention frameworks. Own employee listening initiatives, analyze organizational data, and convert insights into practical actions. Partner with senior leaders and People teams to improve fairness, consistency, and scalability in performance and promotion processes. Apply HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline people processes and enhance employee and manager experiences across a global organization.
