Coordinates People Operations activities including employee support, HR data and records, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, offboarding, compliance, process improvement, and workforce communications. Supports culture events, wellness programs, recruiting operations, job postings, employer branding, and HR technology administration. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, independent problem-solving, and effective communication while improving employee lifecycle processes in a growing, distributed organization.

Supports client operations by triaging requests and issues, documenting findings, preparing reports, maintaining SOPs and operational records, tracking releases and known issues, coordinating cross-functional follow-through, identifying risks, improving processes, and assisting with client training and enablement.

Owns end-to-end delivery of complex payments technology implementations for public-sector clients. Responsibilities include program planning, integrated scheduling, governance, deliverables, testing, change control, incident management, service-level reporting, and client communications from kickoff through steady-state operations. The role coordinates internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners while managing risks, approvals, defects, releases, and post-go-live improvements.
