Leads program management for a multi-client SaaS delivery portfolio serving state and local government agencies. Oversees executive and client relationships, cross-functional implementation, product, and engineering coordination, governance cadences, portfolio reporting, risk mitigation, launch readiness, and escalation management. Builds repeatable delivery frameworks, improves processes, and mentors or manages program and project managers as the business grows.

Build and enhance microservices and web applications for government-facing products. Develop features end to end, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, document architecture and designs, and help maintain production performance, availability, and security. Diagnose client and constituent issues, integrate third-party and legacy systems, and collaborate with senior engineers while learning rapidly and introducing effective technologies.

Supports consumer marketing campaigns for government clients across email, social media, creative adaptation, reporting, analysis, quality assurance, and project coordination. The intern creates and proofreads campaign content, prepares visual assets, analyzes performance data, develops reports, identifies optimization opportunities, and helps ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Lead SaaS implementations for government agency clients, managing project lifecycles, business requirements, platform configuration, prototypes, testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as the primary implementation contact and coordinate handoff to Client Success, Operations, and Support while ensuring solutions meet client and product specifications.

Lead SaaS implementations for government agency clients, managing project lifecycles, requirements, business rules, platform configuration, prototypes, testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as the primary client connection and coordinate handoffs to Client Success, Operations, and Support while ensuring solutions meet client and product specifications.

Troubleshoot complex client issues by reproducing bugs, analyzing APIs, logs, data, and SQL results, and documenting root causes for Engineering and Product teams. Provide clear, personalized email support, maintain feature documentation, build API integration test apps, identify client trends, and recommend process improvements. The role requires basic coding knowledge, REST and JSON familiarity, Postman, SQL skills, strong communication, customer empathy, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving.

Build and maintain data pipelines and models to provide high-quality data for reporting, BI, and analytics. Work with SQL, dbt, Python, cloud data stores, orchestration tools, and reconciliation systems to support analytics, BI tools, and data warehouse delivery.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/data pipelines and data models (dbt). Work with large datasets across RDBMS and NoSQL, deploy to cloud (AWS preferred), use Python and orchestration tools (Dagster/Prefect/Airflow), support BI/analytics and visualization, and implement data reconciliation for accuracy.
