Coordinate software release planning, scheduling, deployment, rollback, change control, documentation, and incident response for PayIt Outdoors. Partner with product, engineering, QA, operations, client, and database teams to manage releases and hotfixes. Track risks, branches, merges, dependencies, and process metrics. Administer Jira workflows, issue types, permissions, projects, boards, users, and automation rules.

Supports consumer marketing campaigns for government clients across email, social media, creative adaptation, reporting, analysis, quality assurance, and project coordination. The intern creates and proofreads campaign content, prepares visual assets, analyzes performance data, develops reports, identifies optimization opportunities, and helps ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
