Own partner strategy, relationship mapping, pipeline generation, co-marketing/co-selling, collateral, event outreach, and cross-functional feedback to drive partner-sourced revenue and integration opportunities.

Lead North America enterprise sales to acquire new logos, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with CFOs and finance leaders, build pipeline via outbound and HubSpot-driven processes, run demos end-to-end, and represent the company at industry events while scaling a high-performance sales engine.

Support customer onboarding by running kickoffs, trainings, and setup calls; guide users through workflows; track milestones; gather feedback; refine playbooks and documentation; collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and accelerate customer time-to-value.

Support strategic enterprise accounts to drive adoption, onboarding, and retention. Act as daily contact for customer questions, surface product feedback and upsell opportunities, track account health, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Growth. Learn SaaS success fundamentals and develop toward a full Customer Success Manager role.

Build and own the top-of-funnel GTM systems: outbound architecture, signal layer, data infrastructure, and reporting. Define roadmap, ship integrations and AI agents to surface intent, automate territory/ICP assignment, and enable closed-loop attribution. Instrument metrics that drive weekly decisions and reliably convert signal-to-pipeline. Work closely with Global Head of GTM to scale the growth function from scratch into a predictable pipeline machine.

Lead ownership of Payflows infrastructure: evolve IaC, improve CI/CD, investigate production incidents, enhance observability, harden security and secrets management, optimize AWS cost and performance, and make environments reproducible and safe for frequent deployment and AI-driven agents.

Build and maintain reliable backend services and APIs used by both humans and AI agents. Implement new features, refactor and harden early services, investigate production performance issues, improve tests and observability, and design deterministic workflows enabling safe agent-driven automation. Collaborate with product, frontend, and customer teams and take ownership of system reliability and scalability.
