Build Payflip’s AI-enabled content system and produce conversion-focused content across formats, including video, webinars, ebooks, ads, case studies, calculators, and sales collateral. Own publishing cadence, repurposing, performance measurement, and content-driven pipeline growth. Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, sales, customer success, and subject-matter experts to establish Payflip as a trusted source on Belgian salaries, benefits, and payroll.

Owns substantive Belgian HR, tax, social and social security legal guidance for clients, prospects and product teams. The role advises on product features, assesses legal risk, builds an AI-supported legal knowledge database, manages external counsel and translates complex rules into clear guidance for non-lawyers. It requires autonomous in-house ownership, strong advisory judgment, tech-minded collaboration and fluency in English plus Dutch or French.

Build Payflip's payroll backend: design APIs and data models for payroll concepts, implement reliable integrations with external payroll systems using async processing and idempotency, run vendor apps on Windows Server VMs provisioned with Terraform in Azure, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure correctness and auditability of salary data.

Full‑stack senior engineer owning features across frontend, backend, infra and mobile. Collaborate with squads, PMs and CTO to deliver product roadmap, manage technical debt pragmatically, mentor peers, and help build engineering culture and best practices.
