Manage Payflip’s full sales cycle for Belgian companies, from initial conversations through contract signature. Represent the company at HR events, explain its flexible compensation solution, refine the sales playbook, and help grow the Belgian customer base. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership, strong deal-closing ability, continuous sales-process improvement, and fluent French and English communication.

Build Payflip’s AI-enabled content system and produce conversion-focused content across formats, including video, webinars, ebooks, ads, case studies, calculators, and sales collateral. Own publishing cadence, repurposing, performance measurement, and content-driven pipeline growth. Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, sales, customer success, and subject-matter experts to establish Payflip as a trusted source on Belgian salaries, benefits, and payroll.

Owns substantive Belgian HR, tax, social and social security legal guidance for clients, prospects and product teams. The role advises on product features, assesses legal risk, builds an AI-supported legal knowledge database, manages external counsel and translates complex rules into clear guidance for non-lawyers. It requires autonomous in-house ownership, strong advisory judgment, tech-minded collaboration and fluency in English plus Dutch or French.
