Own Payflip’s Flex product as it evolves into a core salary-platform capability. Lead information-architecture migration, roadmap decisions, continuous product improvements, and initiatives that reduce support volume. Collaborate with engineers, designers, the CPO, support, leadership, and customers while balancing strategic work with ongoing user needs. The role requires navigating legal and tax complexity, simplifying complex workflows, communicating clearly, and conducting user-focused product discovery for HR administrators and employees.

Build Payflip's payroll backend: design APIs and data models for payroll concepts, implement reliable integrations with external payroll systems using async processing and idempotency, run vendor apps on Windows Server VMs provisioned with Terraform in Azure, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure correctness and auditability of salary data.
