Serves as the company’s senior legal advisor to executive leadership, overseeing corporate governance, contracts, outside counsel, litigation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and M&A support. Leads PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, AML, KYC, OFAC, card-brand, sponsor-bank, and financial regulatory obligations. Oversees privacy and information-security legal matters, including GDPR and CCPA, and manages high-risk merchant programs, disputes, audits, and regulatory inquiries.

Lead HR operations and a small HR team covering recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, HRIS administration, training, and HR metrics to support business needs.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable payment applications and backend services. Build secure, PCI DSS-compliant APIs, debug production issues, participate in code review and architecture discussions, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.
