Serves as the company’s senior legal advisor to executive leadership, overseeing corporate governance, contracts, outside counsel, litigation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and M&A support. Leads PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, AML, KYC, OFAC, card-brand, sponsor-bank, and financial regulatory obligations. Oversees privacy and information-security legal matters, including GDPR and CCPA, and manages high-risk merchant programs, disputes, audits, and regulatory inquiries.

Rapidly learn systems, design and ship solutions, lead projects informally, partner with executives, and move between functions as priorities evolve. Lead HR operations and a small HR team covering recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, HRIS administration, training, and HR metrics to support business needs.
