The role also oversees documentation, employee evaluations, and career development while requiring payment-processing and acquiring-industry expertise.

Provides technical support and customer service to merchants and partners using payment processing solutions. Troubleshoots transaction authorizations, batching, settlement, deposits, terminals, gateways, and online payment integrations. Configures payment solutions, communicates with clients by phone, email, and chat, and collaborates with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.

Develops and executes channel, partner, sales enablement, CRM, product, and demand marketing programs. Collaborates with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to create campaigns, enablement materials, product launches, lifecycle programs, and partner initiatives. Tracks KPIs, pipeline contribution, attribution, conversion, and revenue impact while improving marketing-to-sales processes and reporting. Requires B2B marketing experience, CRM and marketing automation expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hybrid availability in Greenwich or Greater NYC.
