Lead HR operations and a small HR team covering recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, HRIS administration, training, and HR metrics to support business needs.

Provide Level 2+ technical support and implementation assistance for Payarc APIs and SDKs, guide customers through integrations to production, reproduce and resolve complex issues, maintain API documentation, relay product feedback to engineering, and deliver onboarding and training.
