Founding data engineer to design and build Payabli's data platform: architect lakehouse/warehouse, build batch and streaming pipelines, model canonical datasets, ensure data quality/observability, enforce access/masking/lineage for regulated financial data, and enable analytics/ML feature pipelines while establishing team standards and CI/CD.

The Director of Implementation will oversee complex customer implementations, lead teams, optimize processes, and enhance partner collaboration in a fintech environment.

Own post-integration partner relationships, drive adoption and retention, develop customized success plans, identify expansion opportunities, manage escalations and issue resolution, and use data to track partner health and performance. Serve as partner advocate internally while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to optimize outcomes and grow transaction volume.

Lead post-sales integrations and implementation projects for software partners, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing project plans, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination while providing ongoing integration support and product expertise for Payabli's payments platform.

The FP&A Analyst will oversee financial planning, analysis, investor reporting, and data process improvements. This includes modeling, budgeting, revenue analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive insights and enhance financial data management.
