Teams at Payabli

Lead the PayIn engineering organization responsible for payment acceptance, recurring billing, funding, transfers, reconciliation, processor integrations, and payment intelligence. Build and retain a high-performing team, scale reliable backend systems, establish SLOs and observability, improve release safety, and partner with Product, AI, and Risk Engineering. The role requires deep payments expertise, strong backend and distributed-systems experience, and the judgment to make technical and people decisions for business-critical services.

Lead post-sales integrations for new and existing software partners. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, create integration plans, manage implementation projects, document launch processes, and coordinate Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams. Serve as a Payabli product and API expert while supporting technical and non-technical customers. Required expertise includes REST APIs, webhooks, payment processing, PCI compliance, programming, API testing, and payment industry fundamentals.

Own Payabli’s AWS infrastructure, platform roadmap, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, developer environments, observability, and security posture. Design resilient cloud architecture, improve local development, enable secure AI-assisted workflows, and maintain PCI-DSS-aligned controls. Establish deployment standards, monitoring, documentation, and runbooks while partnering with engineering leadership to increase developer productivity and operational reliability.
