Lead technical pre-sales activities including demos, presentations, and proofs of concept; answer technical RFI/RFP questions; scope solutions, prepare implementation plans and software orders; liaise with support; compare competitor offerings; influence senior customer stakeholders; pursue additional business opportunities with sales.

Lead and improve testing practices across manual and automated testing. Define test strategy, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Oversee test design, execution, defect logging, risk mitigation, and team leadership to ensure quality for mission-critical systems.

Provides client training, demonstrations, webinars, workshops, technical support, and documentation for medical imaging software. Support internal sales team through administrative tasks, client communication, sales support calls, maintaining customer lists, and weekly reporting. Learn the medical imaging product, assist on campaigns, and develop sales skills while working on-site in Newton, MA. Must pass a background check and drug test.

Provide administrative, procurement, and office management support. Coordinate meetings, record minutes, manage vendors and supplies, handle travel and expense processing, assist project execution and onboarding, and prepare reports to ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated multi-entity/multi-currency financials. Manage revenue accounting for subscriptions, deferred revenue, and ASC 606 considerations. Prepare GAAP financial statements, support budgeting/forecasting, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, assist audits and tax filings, improve billing processes, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting for healthcare SaaS products while partnering with leadership and mentoring the accounting team.

Designs and implements scalable medical image processing and classification algorithms, working with DICOM/PACS systems. Builds distributed, secure cloud-based solutions, configures DICOM services, develops compression/segmentation/contour algorithms, migrates DICOM data, and mentors junior developers while maintaining patient data privacy.

Develop and apply machine learning and deep learning models for medical image analysis; collect and preprocess large datasets; build software tools and frameworks for automated image processing; collaborate with radiologists and engineers; design clinical evaluations; ensure regulatory and quality compliance for imaging algorithms.

Serve as a software expert for PaxeraHealth PACS: perform pre/post-sales demonstrations, webinars, trainings, create documentation and training materials, provide technical support, gather product feedback, and attend trade shows with occasional travel.

Sell PaxeraHealth's enterprise imaging and AI-driven solutions to healthcare decision-makers. Develop territory sales plans, identify opportunities, perform B2B outreach and cold calling, maintain Salesforce records, manage support contract contacts, and build long-term customer relationships to meet revenue targets.

Identify and develop new markets and customers in Morocco, manage sales targets and quotas, support distribution partners, conduct presentations of PaxeraHealth products, recruit and train sales staff, manage CRM and pipeline, tendering/quoting/negotiations, and build long-term relationships with the healthcare community.

Provide first‑level IT support (phone/remote), perform routine hardware/software maintenance and minor repairs, troubleshoot networks and servers, manage inventory and documentation, escalate issues, deploy PCs for new hires, and support LAN/WAN, AD, print services, and virtualization environments.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex medical imaging/health IT projects. Define scope, create charters, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, use governance tools (risk/change logs, status reports, Basecamp), forecast go-live and revenue, and hand off to technical support.

Provide training, demos, webinars and onsite support for PaxeraHealth medical imaging software; create training materials and documentation; act as client-facing product expert and liaison to development; attend conferences and trade shows; assist with product setup and troubleshooting across hardware, software and databases.

Manage SaaS contract renewals and drive upsell/cross-sell to maximize retention and renewal revenue. Serve as primary service contact, implement proactive engagement to ensure zero churn, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance, and provide market insights to improve offerings for healthcare partners.

Lead and scale Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth. Build and manage a global commercial organization, create repeatable go-to-market processes, set KPIs/forecasts, negotiate contracts, align product strategy with customer needs, and partner with CEO and board to execute commercialization and growth initiatives.

Lead global financial strategy and operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and multi-entity consolidations. Provide strategic analysis for growth, M&A, and pricing, build scalable processes, manage financial partners, and develop a high-performing finance team.
