Oversee headquarters office operations, coordinate deliveries, maintain supplies and facilities, respond to staff and visitor inquiries, process invoices, track expenses, support office budgets, and keep workspaces organized and professional while following company policies and values.

Provides psychological evaluations, evidence-based psychotherapy, individualized treatment plans, clinical documentation, and case-related professional services for patients with mental health, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, and occupational behavioral health concerns. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams and supports return-to-function and return-to-work goals while maintaining compliance with New York regulations and professional standards.

Lead the consolidation of six operating companies onto the ClinicMind EHR platform. Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder and vendor coordination, referral portal and website scheduling integrations, AI receptionist deployment, data migration, testing, risk mitigation, go-live readiness, executive reporting, and post-launch stabilization. The consultant will coordinate technical and operational workstreams while ensuring data integrity, standardized workflows, compliance, and minimal business disruption.

Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adults with cognitive and neurological concerns (e.g., TBI, concussion). Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests, produce defensible reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations, assess symptom and performance validity, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children (4+), adolescents, and adults; perform independent Autism evaluations using ADOS-2; deliver diagnostic impressions, treatment and school recommendations; conduct feedback sessions; supervise psychometrists and trainees; collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary teams; and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
