Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children (4+), adolescents, and adults; perform independent Autism evaluations using ADOS-2; deliver diagnostic impressions, treatment and school recommendations; conduct feedback sessions; supervise psychometrists and trainees; collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary teams; and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Support day-to-day People & Culture operations across multiple locations: manage HRIS and LMS, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel files and compliance records, track performance reviews and KPIs, administer benefits/open enrollment, respond to employee inquiries, prepare reports and dashboards, and support employee engagement and cross-site HR consistency.

Administer, score, and document psychological and neuropsychological assessments; deliver individual and group cognitive remediation; track patient progress; manage clinical documentation and insurance authorizations; train psychometrists under supervision; coordinate clinical operations and EMR documentation while adhering to clinical protocols.

Provide psychological evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals (including workers' compensation/no-fault cases); develop treatment plans; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams; advocate for client access to services; maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with professional and state mental health regulations.

Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adults with cognitive and neurological concerns (e.g., TBI, concussion). Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests, produce defensible reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations, assess symptom and performance validity, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
