Oversee recruitment, policy development, compliance, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, training, insurance management, and HR staff supervision while advising leadership and reporting to the Board.

Responsibilities include outreach, resource coordination, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis response, advocacy, documentation, family education, and collaboration with clinical teams. The role requires community travel, on-call shifts, electronic health record maintenance, supervision participation, and compliance with agency and ethical standards.

Supervise and train office staff, oversee office procedures and supplies, maintain safe and professional clinic environments, manage EHR auto-dial settings, handle invoices and client complaints, coordinate facility needs, and support executive administrative tasks. May require same-day travel to satellite offices.
