Lead HR operations across a multi-county, multi-state behavioral health organization. Oversee recruitment, policy development, compliance, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, training, insurance management, and HR staff supervision while advising leadership and reporting to the Board.

Provide direct, recovery-focused peer support and skill-building to youth and adults in homes, schools, and community settings. Provide one-to-one respite and crisis support for clients with mental health diagnoses, implement person-centered plans, document progress in the EHR, communicate with families and treatment teams, perform crisis de-escalation and behavior management, transport clients, maintain facility cleanliness, attend supervision and trainings, and meet administrative and clinical documentation requirements.

Provide community-based case management and therapeutic interventions for clients with mental health or substance use challenges. Develop and document person-centered treatment plans, connect clients and families to resources, perform crisis management, maintain clinical documentation in the EHR, attend supervision, and drive to community locations to deliver services.

Provide community-based case management and therapeutic support to clients with mental health or substance use challenges. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans, coordinate crisis and emergency services, document clinical work in the EHR, provide outreach/referrals, advocate for client rights, and participate in supervision and team meetings.

Serve as the initial referral contact, process and schedule intakes, verify benefits and eligibility, explain fees/sliding scale, collect documentation, update the electronic health record, coordinate prior authorizations, refer crises to clinicians, and provide administrative support to ensure client access and accurate records.

Provide one-to-one respite care and crisis support to individuals with mental health diagnoses, implementing person-centered plans, documenting progress, transporting clients, assisting with medication compliance, performing crisis de-escalation and physical interventions as needed, participating in clinical supervision, and maintaining required documentation and cleanliness of respite settings.
