Provides mobile crisis, crisis-line, and crisis stabilization support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use emergencies. Responsibilities include emotional support, de-escalation, safety planning, phone triage, care coordination, resource referrals, follow-up, client monitoring, daily routine assistance, and accurate electronic documentation. The role uses personal recovery experience to foster hope and connection while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.

Direct the Recovery Services program across a 10-county area, overseeing staff hiring, supervision, training, clinical services, budgets, licensing, reporting, compliance, grants, strategic planning, outcomes, outreach, and partnerships. Maintain a clinical caseload while ensuring quality, revenue, documentation, regulatory, and client-care expectations. Participate in committees, drug courts, audits, and organizational management activities.

Oversee agency accounting, accounts payable, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cost reports, cash management, revenue-cycle reconciliation, internal controls, and accounting systems. Provides peer support to clients in mental health and substance use recovery. Responsibilities include mentoring, advocacy, community integration, treatment-plan support, identifying triggers, crisis-related reporting, documentation, clinical team participation, and transporting clients to community settings. Requires personal experience as a mental health services consumer, communication skills, basic computer proficiency, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Kansas Peer Specialist certification is preferred and required within one year.

Supports grant administration, proposal preparation, donor stewardship, CRM maintenance, fundraising and community events, sponsorship follow-up, EAP administration, and departmental coordination. The role manages deadlines, records, communications, reports, event logistics, and relationships with donors, community partners, business clients, and staff while assisting with grant and development activities.

Plans and leads center- and community-based psychosocial groups, coordinates regional events, develops evidence-based curricula, documents client progress, manages schedules, and supports treatment teams. The role advocates for clients, provides transportation, responds to behavioral incidents, maintains confidentiality, participates in supervision, and supports community integration. Responsibilities require strong communication, basic computer skills, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent human-services experience, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
