Teams at Pawnee Mental Health Services

Supervise and oversee mobile crisis, outpatient crisis, and transitional case management teams across a 10-county region. Manage staffing, training, clinical oversight, crisis response coordination, grant/EBT reporting, documentation compliance, community partnership building, and occasional clinical shifts. Ensure crisis triage, de-escalation, follow-up, and connections to services while supporting diversion from emergency and justice systems.

Lead HR operations across a multi-county, multi-state behavioral health organization. Oversee recruitment, policy development, compliance, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, training, insurance management, and HR staff supervision while advising leadership and reporting to the Board.

Provide community-based mental health support to children and families in school and other settings. Deliver outreach, strengths-based assessment, person-centered treatment planning, individual therapeutic interventions, crisis management, documentation, transport clients, and participate in supervision and team meetings.
