Lead HR operations across a multi-county, multi-state behavioral health organization. Oversee recruitment, policy development, compliance, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, training, insurance management, and HR staff supervision while advising leadership and reporting to the Board.

Provide direct, recovery-focused peer support and skill-building to youth and adults in homes, schools, and community settings. Use lived experience to support treatment plans, manage crises, advocate for clients, maintain documentation, coordinate transportation, and participate in supervision and trainings.

Provide one-to-one respite and crisis support for clients with mental health diagnoses, implement person-centered plans, document progress in the EHR, communicate with families and treatment teams, perform crisis de-escalation and behavior management, transport clients, maintain facility cleanliness, attend supervision and trainings, and meet administrative and clinical documentation requirements.
