Teams at Pawnee Mental Health Services

Provides Individual Placement and Support services to help clients with mental health challenges obtain and retain competitive employment. Conducts vocational assessments, job development, employer outreach, benefits guidance, job coaching, follow-along support, and employment planning. Coordinates services with treatment teams and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, supports education and training goals, maintains clinical records, and delivers most services in community settings.

Provides community-based mental health support to clients and families through outreach, referrals, strengths assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis management, skill development, advocacy, community integration, and client education. Maintains clinical documentation and schedules, participates in supervision and treatment-team staffing, coordinates emergency services, transports clients to community locations, and complies with agency policies, ethical standards, training requirements, and confidentiality expectations.

Supports Crisis Services operations through procurement, inventory, budgeting, reporting, audit preparation, scheduling, communications, and program documentation. Provides backup care coordination and discharge appointment support for psychiatric hospital patients, helps arrange post-crisis follow-up, coordinates with clinical and case management teams, and facilitates communication among agencies and staff.
