The Sales & Training Executive (STE) for Southeast drives sales revenue in a multi-state/multi-province territory, managing a territory of service and non- service doors, by building strong retailer relationships, training and coaching store associates, side-by side-selling in stores, planning and executing in-store events, maintaining, and negotiating merchandising standards as well as managing a team of Freelance Sales & Training Consultants, and/or Account Coordinators.

The Vice President / Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel will lead the strategic vision, customer experience roadmap, and revenue responsibilities for PaulasChoice.com in North America and Australia.
