Own and optimize the DTC customer journey across Paula’s Choice Shopify sites, from discovery through checkout, post-purchase, and repeat purchase. Manage the product roadmap, prioritize backlog items, coordinate UX and Engineering delivery, run experimentation, and use analytics and customer insights to improve conversion, AOV, LTV, and retention. Partner cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Analytics to align priorities, measure outcomes, and deliver customer-centric experiences.

Partners with senior leaders across the US, Canada, and Australia on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and engagement. Coaches leaders through sensitive performance and workplace matters, leads talent and compensation processes, uses people data to guide decisions, supports employee lifecycle programs, and ensures policy and employment compliance across markets.
