Plans employee engagement, recognition, volunteer, ERG, swag, and gifting programs while supporting surveys and culture initiatives. Serves as an employee-facing resource and helps maintain a positive, inclusive workplace experience.

Drives sales across a multi-door Sephora territory by building retailer relationships, training and coaching in-store associates, supporting side-by-side selling, executing events and product launches, maintaining merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. The role also manages territory strategy, scheduling, reporting, business reviews, store feedback, staffing coordination, travel, and administrative tasks.
