Greet customers, assist in vehicle selection, perform walk-arounds and test drives, explain features and options, close sales, use dealership CRM/follow-up systems, attend trainings, and report to Sales Manager. Maintain product knowledge and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Handle office filing (physical and digital), manage office inventory and administration, cancel warranties and process payments, and process and reconcile daily deposits to ensure smooth office operations.

Sell financing and F&I products, build relationships with finance sources, submit and verify paperwork for approvals, manage rate quotes and department profitability, ensure compliance with regulations, meet monthly objectives, and maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
