Greet customers, assist them in selecting vehicles, perform walk-arounds and test drives following dealership procedures, explain options and features, close sales, use dealership sales and follow-up systems, attend training, and report progress to the Sales Manager while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Communicate with prospective automotive clients by phone, text, email, and digital channels; identify needs and purchase timelines; schedule showroom appointments; conduct outbound outreach; manage opportunities and follow-up in CRM systems; maintain accurate customer records; collaborate with sales teams; support campaigns and events; and pursue individual and team performance goals.

Manage the dealership’s used vehicle department, including pricing, trade appraisals, auction purchasing, inventory merchandising, vehicle marketing, deal desking, and coaching the sales team to increase pre-owned sales volume. The role requires dealership management experience, strong used-car operations expertise, a valid in-state driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.
