Drive policy compliance, data-driven reporting, staffing recommendations, customer relationships, and field training while maintaining consistent on-site presence and safety leadership.

Lead RFP and proposal efforts: analyze RFP/RFI requirements, write tailored technical proposals for oil and gas projects, collaborate with Sales/Engineering/Commercial/Operations, maintain reusable content library, ensure compliance with client and brand requirements, and manage proposal processes and deadlines.

Manage the company promotional store, design artwork for promotional products, oversee inventory and vendor relationships, coordinate logistics and distribution, support internal promotional initiatives, and maintain organized records while collaborating with stakeholders.
