Lead HSSE management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training, manage contractor safety, support audits, maintain records, and promote a positive safety culture across office, manufacturing, and field environments.

Supervise and support district HSE personnel to ensure compliance with company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct inspections, accident investigations, audits, training, and program development to reduce incidents, ensure drug/alcohol testing compliance, and share best practices across operations.

Lead and mentor engineering team focused on down-hole tool applications. Analyze drilling data, optimize tool and bit performance, provide field and office technical support, develop/test tool designs, support sales through training and customer presentations, and maintain safety and performance records.
