Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, supervise logistics staff, coordinate international shipping compliance and carrier contracts, prioritize urgent shipments with manufacturing, oversee timecards and safety, and support cross-functional communication and continuous operational improvements.

Coordinates material and equipment transfers, asset inventories, work orders, receiving, tagging, documentation, and EAM record updates across office, yard, and drilling operations. Compiles asset and connectivity reports, reconciles inventory discrepancies, supports invoice research, troubleshoots software issues, and maintains maintenance records. The role requires physical fieldwork, equipment awareness, forklift and manlift certification, safe operation around active work areas, and flexible schedules including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Leads Technical Services for drilling operations, including Field Service, parts support, warehouse and inventory, and 24-hour response. Provides technical troubleshooting and equipment reliability leadership; oversees dispatch, fulfillment, customer relationships, KPIs, ERP transactions, safety, quality, staffing, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinates cross-functional resolution of equipment, parts, and operational issues while supporting internal and external customers. Regular travel to work sites and remote locations is required.
