Provide administrative and project support to Corporate leadership: prepare presentations and reports, manage expenses, arrange domestic and occasional international travel, schedule and run meetings, coordinate events and recruiting activities, maintain business documentation, and follow up on action items.

Support lease and rental fleet operations by processing invoices and purchase orders, managing ELDs and fleet documentation, ensuring insurance and DOT compliance, assisting collections and audits, coordinating IFTA and IRP paperwork, and handling returns and chargebacks.

Support accurate financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations including advanced general ledger work, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, financial reporting support, audit assistance, and process improvements. Cross-train across AR/AP/Truck Billing and mentor junior staff.

Manage customer payments, prepare daily deposits and bank transfers, process credit card disputes and NSF checks, record tax adjustments, and support general accounting tasks (receipt logs, reconciliations, month-end close, posting vehicle wires, annual review support, and special projects).
