Teams at Patson, Inc. (DBA TransChicago Truck Group)

Bills new and used truck sales across dealership locations, processes title, registration, permit, warranty, power of attorney, tax, and exemption paperwork, and maintains complete vehicle sale records. The role ensures internal sales processes are followed, supports administrative coverage, cross-trains colleagues, assists with special projects, and maintains a professional, safe workplace. Strong Excel, organizational, communication, and license, title, and sales tax experience are required.

Support accurate financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations including advanced general ledger work, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, financial reporting support, audit assistance, and process improvements. Cross-train across AR/AP/Truck Billing and mentor junior staff.
