Teams at Patson, Inc. (DBA TransChicago Truck Group)

Supports financial reporting and daily accounting operations through general ledger management, reconciliations, journal entries, prepaid expense schedules, commission validation, financial reports, and month-end/year-end close activities. Assists with audits, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting support while guiding less experienced staff.

Manages relationships with assigned national accounts, serving as the primary contact for customers, dealership locations, and OEM partner teams. Coordinates parts, service, and aftermarket support; tracks activity in the CRM; resolves customer needs; visits account locations; develops quarterly sales growth plans; identifies expansion opportunities; supports parts fulfillment and past-due account collection.

Performs general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial schedule maintenance, and month-end and year-end closing support. Prepares reports, supports audits, maintains accounting policies and controls, and assists with Parts/Service and Truck Sales Accounting. Provides backup for accounts receivable and payable, supports inventory reconciliations, and identifies process improvement opportunities across corporate and dealership locations.
