Develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, audits, training, incident investigations, and job-site oversight. Support regulatory reporting, PPE assessment, MOC processes, and emergency response readiness while collaborating with operations and HR. Travel ~50% and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Manage day-to-day field operations and multiple crews for environmental remediation and emergency response. Ensure safety compliance, develop work plans, allocate resources, monitor project progress, control budgets and change orders, train and evaluate staff, coordinate with management and clients, and respond to 24/7 emergency calls.

Manage full contract lifecycle and lead annual/off-cycle price increase strategy for Industrial and Technical Services. Review, negotiate, and administer customer contracts, ensure multi-state compliance (including prevailing wage), coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Payroll, and deliver pricing recommendations, communications, and reporting to protect margins and reduce commercial risk.

Manage profiling and disposal logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste, provide inside technical sales and customer support, prepare quotes, coordinate transportation and disposal, maintain manifests and regulatory documentation, and ensure compliance with RCRA/TSCA and safety policies.

Manage and improve billing and collections operations, post payments and reconcile accounts receivable, prepare monthly financial statements, implement policies and system improvements, monitor collections and escalate delinquencies, resolve customer billing issues, and produce analyses and reports for management.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for a fast-growing industrial services division supporting ~500 employees. Lead org design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and complex employee relations. Oversee workers' compensation, LOA, return-to-work, and compliance with CA and state laws. Coach leaders, maintain strong field presence, partner with COEs, and support rapid growth in safety-sensitive environments with significant travel.
