The Channel Director of Sales will define the sales strategy for the dental vertical, acquire and manage enterprise-level accounts, and develop products tailored for high-ticket dental cases while monitoring performance metrics.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible websites and web applications. Customize WordPress themes and plugins, implement UI/UX designs, optimize performance and security, debug issues, document systems, and collaborate with marketing, product, and provider teams.

Perform pre-funding quality audits, research CIP and fraud concerns, support lender and vendor requests, execute loan servicing tasks, generate portfolio reports, audit loan boarding/sales, review borrower communications and calls, and partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements.

Support and maintain PatientFi's compliance program, including state licensing filings, regulatory responses, compliance monitoring/testing, policy updates, consumer complaint handling, training, and review of consumer communications. Collaborate with stakeholders on remediation, engage with auditors and bank partners, and help operationalize issues management and regulatory compliance across product offerings.
