Support the Quality, Risk and Compliance Director by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, controls, and training to ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicaid, child welfare). Assist with audits, investigations, accreditation, data reporting, IT coordination for information security, and continuous improvement of compliance programs.

Provide administrative support for psychiatric and Mosaic services: handle referrals, verify insurance, schedule and confirm appointments, manage tele-medicine equipment, upload clinical notes, answer phones, maintain office files, perform bank deposits, and ensure regulatory and employment clearances are met.

Provide behavioral health monitoring, weekly skills training, and case management to children, youth, and families. Develop treatment and crisis plans, complete CANS/ANSA assessments, deliver 20-25+ billable hours weekly across a 25-35 client caseload, document services within 24 hours, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and provide crisis support in homes, schools, and community settings while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Provide in-home, school, office and community behavioral health services to children, youth and families. Develop and implement individualized service/treatment and crisis plans, complete CANS/ANSA assessments, deliver skills training, maintain documentation, manage a caseload of 25-35 clients, and coordinate team meetings and community resources.

Oversee case management, home development/recruitment, intake/discharge coordination, and supervise CPA staff. Ensure documentation compliance, quality improvement, regulatory adherence, staff training, and interagency collaboration.
