Oversee child-placing program operations, case management, home development, recruitment, intake, discharges, staff supervision, documentation compliance, and service quality. Develop and manage Pathways’ regional major gifts program in San Antonio. Build and steward relationships with individual and institutional donors, maintain a portfolio of 75–125 prospects, solicit gifts of $10,000 or more, and pursue multi-year commitments. Collaborate with the CEO, board, communications, grants, and development teams on donor strategy, proposals, campaigns, and stewardship. Track donor activity and pipeline performance in EveryAction, with an initial goal of generating approximately $500,000 in new or renewed commitments within 24–36 months.

The Major Gifts Officer will build and manage Pathways’ Dallas/Fort Worth major gifts program. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prospects, soliciting gifts of $10,000 or more, stewarding donors, developing fundraising strategies, preparing proposals, collaborating with executives and board members, managing a donor portfolio, and analyzing pipeline performance. The role targets approximately $500,000 in new or renewed commitments within 24–36 months and requires flexible hours, regional relationship-building, and strong CRM and communication skills.
