Develop and manage Pathways’ regional major gifts program in San Antonio. Build and steward relationships with individual and institutional donors, maintain a portfolio of 75–125 prospects, solicit gifts of $10,000 or more, and pursue multi-year commitments. Collaborate with the CEO, board, communications, grants, and development teams on donor strategy, proposals, campaigns, and stewardship. Track donor activity and pipeline performance in EveryAction, with an initial goal of generating approximately $500,000 in new or renewed commitments within 24–36 months.

The Major Gifts Officer will build and manage Pathways’ Dallas/Fort Worth major gifts program. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prospects, soliciting gifts of $10,000 or more, stewarding donors, developing fundraising strategies, preparing proposals, collaborating with executives and board members, managing a donor portfolio, and analyzing pipeline performance. The role targets approximately $500,000 in new or renewed commitments within 24–36 months and requires flexible hours, regional relationship-building, and strong CRM and communication skills.

Oversees child-placing program operations, including case management, home development and recruitment, intake, discharges, documentation, compliance, and staff supervision. Reviews placements and care plans, audits records, monitors quality metrics, coordinates training and improvement initiatives, attends court hearings, and maintains relationships with regulatory and partner agencies. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of children in substitute care.

Provides field-based emotional, behavioral, educational, and life-skills support to children and foster families. Models and coaches evidence-based practices, including TBRI and Together Facing the Challenge, while helping families follow treatment plans, schedules, and routines. Observes behavior, documents symptoms, supports educational activities, facilitates stressful outings, and recommends service-plan improvements. The specialist also provides mentoring, crisis readiness, and rotating on-call support for approximately 10–12 clients.

Provide administrative support for psychiatry services and Mosaic/CPA programs: schedule and confirm appointments, process insurance verifications and medication authorizations, manage communications and documentation, handle phone/fax/mail, maintain office files, assist billing and external scheduling, and perform basic office banking and clerical tasks.

Provide in-home, school, office and community behavioral health services to children, youth and families. Develop and implement individualized service/treatment and crisis plans, complete CANS/ANSA assessments, deliver skills training, maintain documentation, manage a caseload of 25-35 clients, and coordinate team meetings and community resources.

Oversee case management, home development/recruitment, intake/discharge coordination, and supervise CPA staff. Ensure documentation compliance, quality improvement, regulatory adherence, staff training, and interagency collaboration.
