Teams at Pathways Youth & Family Services, Inc.

Provides community-based behavioral health support, skills training, case management, crisis planning, assessments, treatment planning, family engagement, and service coordination for children and youth experiencing emotional trauma. Maintains client records, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, monitors progress, and delivers services in homes, schools, offices, and community settings. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, along with reliable transportation and compliance with background, health, and employment screening requirements.

Provide administrative support for psychiatry services and Mosaic/CPA programs: schedule and confirm appointments, process insurance verifications and medication authorizations, manage communications and documentation, handle phone/fax/mail, maintain office files, assist billing and external scheduling, and perform basic office banking and clerical tasks.

Provide administrative support for psychiatric and Mosaic services: handle referrals, verify insurance, schedule and confirm appointments, manage tele-medicine equipment, upload clinical notes, answer phones, maintain office files, perform bank deposits, and ensure regulatory and employment clearances are met.
