Supports workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, performance reviews, training, compensation and rewards, payroll inputs, benefits administration, employee relations, engagement, and HR reporting. The role also develops and improves HR policies and programs, advises managers, handles workplace concerns confidentially, and recommends solutions based on employee feedback and data analysis.
