Licensed clinician role combining direct clinical work with program leadership, community outreach, partnership-building, and service expansion. Responsibilities include managing caseload trends, developing referral relationships, addressing service gaps, mentoring clinicians, and growing behavioral health services in North Olmsted and surrounding communities.

Provide school-based case management: build supportive relationships, deliver individualized social-emotional and behavioral supports, run small groups, coordinate with teachers/therapists/families, connect families to community resources, document services, and serve as a positive role model for students.
