Licensed clinician role combining direct clinical therapy with leadership, outreach, and program development. Lead growth of mental health services in North Olmsted and eastern Lorain County, build referral relationships, monitor caseloads and access, address service gaps, mentor clinicians, and represent the agency in the community. Requires strong communication, organization, and independent initiative.
