Supervise and develop hourly warehouse associates on the morning shift while managing productivity, costs, inventory accuracy, order-fill performance, safety, and customer service KPIs. Hire independent owner-operator carriers (26ft box truck or day cab tractor) for local and OTR routes. Duties include loading/unloading, handling freight up to 70 lbs, using a handheld scanner to record deliveries, maintaining delivery/pickup records, reporting issues, and providing professional customer service within specified delivery windows.
