Provides advanced technical support for a SaaS platform, troubleshooting application, integration, authentication, data, SAML SSO, API, and provisioning issues. Serves as the regional escalation point, participates in critical issue response, and leads customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. The role also delivers functional and adoption consulting, technical training, and sales support while coordinating with product, engineering, and account teams.

Own the design and delivery of complex software initiatives across frontend and backend systems. Build and maintain applications with Python/Django, Angular, and TypeScript; design APIs; manage testing, deployment, debugging, and operations; improve architecture and code quality; collaborate with Product and Design; conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; and apply AI technologies such as foundation models and agent workflows.

The SDR sources and qualifies prospects, schedules meetings, performs high-level demos, and hands off qualified leads to Account Executives. Responsibilities include data mining, prospecting, territory account planning, logging activities and pipeline metrics, and collaborating with sales leadership to execute account development plans and increase top-of-funnel conversion.
