Teams at Pathify

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for the Pathify SaaS platform, resolving complex application, integration, SAML SSO, and data issues. Diagnose API integrations, file provisioning (CSV/JSON/XML) and SFTP workflows, read/debug JavaScript and logs, collaborate with engineering to document architecture and recommend product improvements, and communicate technical details clearly to university stakeholders. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Lead integrations product domain, translate strategy into roadmaps and backlog, write requirements and user stories, manage sprints, allocate developer resources, resolve blockers, measure KPIs, and mentor a tech writer to deliver robust API and middleware integration solutions for the Campus Experience Platform.

Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Django and Angular. Collaborate with product teams to define technical specs, build RESTful APIs, improve existing codebase, and continually research new technologies. Participate across the software development lifecycle, including debugging and deployment, while ensuring code quality and performance.
