Provides administrative and clerical support for a histology department, including data entry, client communication, accession problem resolution, filing blocks and slides, phone support, and departmental coordination. Follows laboratory safety, confidentiality, corporate compliance, and data security procedures while supporting daily pathology operations.

Provides first-level and advanced IT help desk support, resolves complex technical issues, mentors junior specialists, and supports end users. Installs, configures, maintains, repairs, and upgrades workstations, printers, servers, hardware, software, and operating systems. Documents and prioritizes requests, tests repairs, follows up on resolutions, analyzes recurring issues, and supports security, privacy, compliance, and protection of sensitive data.

Designs, deploys, monitors, maintains, and optimizes LAN, WAN, wireless, voice, data, and video networks. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, and intrusion protection systems; troubleshoots connectivity and performance issues; maintains documentation, assets, reports, and network security. Collaborates with leadership, vendors, and IT teams on capacity planning, upgrades, compliance, and protected health information security. Participates in on-call technical support.

Manage cross-functional implementation projects from requirements through deployment. Own project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and coordination with developers, QA, BAs, and client integration teams. Ensure documentation, training resources, compliance with privacy/security and PHI protections, and occasional onsite travel for local implementations.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional implementation projects from requirements through deployment. Own timelines, scope, budgets, create and maintain project plans, facilitate meetings, report status to stakeholders, ensure documentation and user training, and follow security and regulatory requirements for protected health information.

Manage a Dallas territory to acquire new accounts and retain existing customers. Develop sales strategies, educate clients on technologies, assess client needs, meet monthly quotas, and follow corporate compliance, privacy, and security policies.

Coordinate driver dispatch and scheduling, maintain route schedules and databases, handle tracking inquiries, schedule inbound/outbound courier services, optimize carrier selection, liaise with field operations and vendors, and ensure compliance with PHI privacy and security policies.
