Provide administrative and operational support for physician recruiting and physician support functions: schedule interviews, manage ATS records, source and outreach to candidates, coordinate travel and accommodations, track budgets, process reimbursements and licenses, prepare reports, collaborate with HR, and support special projects to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Oversee LC-MS/MS laboratory workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance, develop and validate LC/MS-MS assays, maintain calibration and QC programs, manage consumables and inventory, write SOPs, train staff, and sustain inspection readiness.

Support microbiology tasks, maintain pending logs, perform data entry and imaging, handle client calls, manage clerical duties and supplies, assist supervisors, follow lab safety, compliance, and privacy/security policies, and support referral and shipping workflow.

Performs histology lab duties including coordinating surgical case paperwork, managing orders, loading/removing stainers, retrieving/filing slides and blocks, printing labels, packaging specimens, performing cleaning and equipment maintenance, and following lab safety, privacy, and compliance procedures.

Process and prepare clinical specimens for testing, perform data entry and imaging, handle specimen logistics and specialty samples, support lab safety and compliance, assist supervisors, and perform clerical duties and client communications.

Process and accession tissue specimens, prepare cassettes, hang tissues on processors, select specimens for grossing, assist in cutting room, photograph specimens, prepare and ship samples for further testing, maintain QC charts and supplies, handle hazardous waste per procedure, and follow privacy, security, and corporate compliance policies.

Support anatomic pathology operations: accession specimens, prepare cassettes, assist in cutting room and frozen sections, hang tissue, photograph specimens, prepare/send tissues for specialized testing, run QC logs/reports, maintain supplies and hazardous waste handling, perform routine cryostat maintenance, and follow safety, privacy, and compliance policies.

Support molecular laboratory workflow: receive, track, prepare, centrifuge, aliquot, load, and archive specimens; perform preparatory test steps with training; maintain TATs, assist supervisors, follow safety, compliance, and privacy procedures, and dispose of waste. May perform waived/moderate complexity testing with training and assist in training junior staff.

Coordinate molecular pathology specimen workflow: initiate triage and accessioning, perform accurate data entry and scanning, handle specialty specimens and send-outs, manage inbound client calls and complaints, receive/return paraffin blocks, and follow lab safety and corporate compliance procedures.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage transfers, extend offers, support ATS, and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.

Receive, accession, and log specimens; perform data entry of patient and order information; process gyn and non-gyn specimens and set up DNA samples; assign slides; perform lab maintenance; communicate with clients and departments; follow lab safety, compliance, and privacy/security policies.

Performs independent gross examination and dictation of surgical tissue specimens, photographs and prepares specimens for additional testing, maintains cutting room supplies, follows procedural and safety protocols, completes continuing education, and adheres to privacy, compliance, and lab regulatory guidelines under pathologist direction.

Lead continuous improvement in anatomic and clinical pathology labs using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Identify inefficiencies, run Kaizen events, standardize workflows, track KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, coach staff, manage hiring, training, and performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost savings and operational acceleration.

Manage cross-functional implementation projects from requirements through deployment. Own project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and coordination with developers, QA, BAs, and client integration teams. Ensure documentation, training resources, compliance with privacy/security and PHI protections, and occasional onsite travel for local implementations.

Supervise and lead the hematology department, ensuring timely test turnaround, equipment validation/calibration, QA program implementation, inventory management, staff hiring, training, performance management, and compliance with laboratory and privacy/security policies.

Support anatomic pathology operations by accessioning specimens, making cassettes, assisting in cutting/frozen sections, operating equipment (Faxitron, cryostats), preparing and shipping tissues, maintaining inventories and QC logs, and following safety, compliance, and privacy procedures.

Design, build, and deploy Anthropic Claude–driven agents and workflows for revenue cycle tasks (prior auth, denials, claims, eligibility). Integrate with EHR and billing systems, ensure HIPAA-compliant guardrails and monitoring, analyze processes to identify automation opportunities, train staff, and document solutions.

Coordinate clerical operations for the Cytology department, serve as primary client and interdepartmental contact, manage specimen/report workflows, accession and coordinate DNA cases, maintain statistics and reports, assist staff training, and ensure lab safety and privacy compliance.

Supervise and direct cytology department operations, staff scheduling, training, quality control, regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and provide technical cytotechnologist support as needed.
