Provide administrative and operational support for physician recruiting and physician support functions: schedule interviews, manage ATS records, source and outreach to candidates, coordinate travel and accommodations, track budgets, process reimbursements and licenses, prepare reports, collaborate with HR, and support special projects to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Oversee LC-MS/MS laboratory workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance, develop and validate LC/MS-MS assays, maintain calibration and QC programs, manage consumables and inventory, write SOPs, train staff, and sustain inspection readiness.

Perform specimen receiving, accessioning, loading/unloading automated analyzers, centrifuging, aliquoting, smear preparation, clerical/data entry, client communication, and adhere to lab safety, privacy, and compliance procedures. Assist supervisors and manage specimen tracking and referrals.
